Everything you need to know before your visit

How do I book an appointment?

The quickest way is via WhatsApp. Message me with the service you want, your hair length (Short/Medium/Long/Extra Long), any colour history, and your preferred date/time. I'll confirm your booking as soon as possible.

Do I need a consultation before colouring?

For most colour services, I start with a quick consultation at the beginning of your appointment to understand your hair history and goals. However, for complex colour corrections or major transformations, I may recommend a separate consultation appointment first.

What is the Blow Wave Club?

The Blow Wave Club is our loyalty program where you prepay for 4 blow waves at a discounted rate. It's perfect if you like to maintain that salon-fresh look regularly. Ask me about it at your next visit!

What is your cancellation policy?

I understand plans change. Please give me at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows me to offer the slot to another client. Repeated late cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.

Do you offer mobile/travel services?

Yes! I offer mobile services for special occasions like weddings. Travel costs are R5 per km to and from the venue. I also offer after-hours services at 10% extra on all services.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept cash, card payments (Visa & Mastercard), and EFT. Payment is due at the time of service.
